At TJRCI, we care deeply about the quality of our products and your experience with us. While we do not accept general returns, we’re happy to offer replacements in the rare case that something goes wrong with your order.
When Are Replacements Offered?
We offer replacements under the following circumstances:
- The item you received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order
If any of the above applies, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. To help us assist you quickly, kindly provide:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
Once we verify the issue, we will gladly send out a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Please Note
- Replacement requests made after the 48-hour window may not be eligible.
- Replacements are not available for change of mind or misuse of products.
- In some cases, we may offer a store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
