At TJRCI, we take great care to ensure every product meets our quality standards. While we do not accept general returns, we understand that rare situations can arise, and we’re here to help.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order could not be fulfilled or shipped by us

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the item and packaging

Once we review and approve your request, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
